Our LCA students had a fantastic workshop today with Pierce from the Way2Work Programme, focusing on interview skills, CV preparation, positive asset search, and exploring the world of work.
Students were meaningfully engaged throughout, building confidence, recognising their own strengths, and developing practical skills that will support them in their future pathways. The session was delivered with great care, positivity, and humour, creating a relaxed and encouraging learning environment.
