5th yr workshops

March 3, 2026

St Kevin’s College, in collaboration with Dublin City University (DCU) and the Anti-Bullying Centre (ABC), will be delivering a workshop on the 9th Nov for Fifth Year students entitled What Does It Mean to Be a Man?

This workshop  supports students in exploring positive masculinity, respectful relationships, critical thinking, emotional wellbeing and responsible online behaviour. Through interactive activities and discussion, students will examine social media influence, develop media literacy skills, reflect on personal values, and explore positive leadership and peer respect.

The workshops aim to:

  • Promote healthy, respectful attitudes and behaviours

  • Build emotional awareness and resilience

  • Encourage critical thinking around online content and social influences

  • Support positive peer relationships and leadership

These sessions form part of our ongoing wellbeing, anti-bullying and personal development initiatives and will take place during the school day.
